I am trying to add udhcpd server to busybox for the TS-7250-V2.
I can't get fastboot to load up if I make busybox with or without udhcpd server.
I have listed below the steps I have taken and the source I have used.


uclibc toolchain:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc...gnueabi.tar.gz

busybox files:
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc...ources.tar.bz2

Making Busybox 1.20.2:
  1. tar -vxjf initramfs-sources.tar.bz2
  2. tar -vxf arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi.tar.gz
  3. copy missing config.in from busybox 1.20.2 download
  4. make ts471x_defconfig
  5. make menuconfig
  6. change Busybox Settings->Build Options->Cross Compiler: /opt/toolchains/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi/bin/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi-
  7. change Busybox Settings->Build Options->Path to sysroot: /opt/toolchains/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi/sysroot
  8. Networking Utilities->udhcp server (udhcpd) y
  9. make
  10. make install


Building initramfs.cpio:
  1. git clone https://github.com/embeddedarm/linux-3.14-pxa16x.git
  2. copy initramfs.cpio from linux-3.14-pxa16x
  3. unpack cpio: cpio -idv < ../initramfs.cpio
  4. copy busybox binary from _install/bin to bin
  5. readelf -d busybox
    (NEEDED) Shared Library [libc.so.0]
    (RPATH) Library rpath [/slib]
  6. copy libraries:
    ld-uClibc.so.0
    libc.so.0
    libutil.so.0
    from /opt/toolchains/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi/arm-ts-linux-uclibcgnueabi/sysroot/lib to slib
  7. pack cpio: find . -depth -print | cpio -ov ../initramfs.cpio


Building the Kernel:
  1. tar xvf arm-2008q3.tar.gz
  2. edit makefile
    CROSS_COMPILE = /opt/crosstools/arm-2008q3/bin/arm-none-linux-gnueabi-
    ARCH = arm
  3. copy initramfs.cpio to linux-3.14-pxa16x
  4. make ts471x_defconfig
  5. make -j6
  6. make modules


Write to SD Card:
  1. sudo mkdir /mnt/sd/
  2. sudo dd if=arch/arm/boot/zImage of=/dev/sdb1 conv=fsync
  3. sudo mount /mnt/sd/
  4. INSTALL_MOD_PATH=/mnt/sd/ sudo -E make modules_install
  5. INSTALL_HDR_PATH=/mnt/sd/ sudo -E make headers_install
  6. sudo umount /mnt/sd/
  7. sync
  8. eject sdb
