change the TS4800 to mode RW

I have an TS-4800 with protecction shutoff, and I can't install some .deb (pygame) The version of linux it has is Linux kernel 2.6.35. How can I change to read-write mode?

I suspect you're still in the initrd. If you type 'exit' through the serial console it will boot to Debian which will be read/write. You can also relink the linuxrc to boot to Debian automatically. You can find more about this behavior in our manual:

I wan't be able to connect by the serial port I use telnet, In the serial port I was able to watch some lines at boot, but I can't send something , do you know the configuration of the com1 (console)?
